Founded by someone born and raised in the tight-knit community of Makawao, Hawaii, our bakery is rooted in the values of honest craftsmanship and genuine connection. After years of experimentation, learning, and refining our craft—including a transformative experience in the UHMC culinary program—we created Breadheads with a simple mission: to make food that feels comforting, memorable, and worth sharing.
